the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Peace and blessing on the last Prophet, his family and his companions. Let me begin by welcoming you to the 8th MEVAH Forum. It is my pleasure and honor to start by thanking the scientific and organizing committees for their contribution and rewarding efforts to make this conference a success.

I would also like to thank the Saudi Otolaryngology Society for their continuous and unlimited support throughout the past years. Likewise, I extend my thanks to King Fahad specialist hospital – Dammam and the eastern health cluster administration for hosting the forum and welcoming our quests.

This annual scientific forum has been a success story of king fahad specialist hospital – Otolaryngology and has given us great ambitions to emulate the aspirations of the King, the Custodian of the two holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

My warmest welcome to all of you for your presence and generous contribution to the success of this year’s conference activities, and my sincerest gratitude for accepting the invitation.
