It is my pleasure and honor to start by thanking the scientific and organizing committees for their contribution and rewarding efforts to make this conference a success.

I would also like to thank the Saudi Otolaryngology Society for their continuous and unlimited support throughout the past years. 

This annual scientific forum has been a success story of king fahad specialist hospital – Otolaryngology and has given us great ambitions to emulate the aspirations of the King, the Custodian of the two holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

My warmest welcome to all of you for your presence and generous contribution to the success of this year’s conference activities, and my sincerest gratitude for accepting the invitation.
